Aaron Huff is a nationally recognized educational leader with over two decades of experience spanning elementary, middle, and high schools. He recently served as president of the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), where he championed innovative approaches to education and student success.
At Bosse High School, Aaron has been instrumental in fostering partnerships like Toyota’s 4T Academy, preparing students for careers in advanced manufacturing and robotics. He is passionate about reimagining education to provide students with opportunities that transcend traditional pathways, emphasizing career readiness and equity. Named one of District Administration’s top influencers in education, Aaron continues to inspire change and impact the lives of students and educators alike.

As the Community Liaison for Hope City Church, she works every day to build connections, empower neighborhoods, and inspire action.

Jim Schroeder lives with his wife, Amy, and their eight children in Evansville, Indiana. He is a pediatric psychologist and Vice President and Training Director of a predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychology & Wellness at Easterseals Rehabilitation Center. He is the author of seven books and hundreds of articles, which can be found along with his podcast on his website.
His newest books are Turning Free Will Into Willpower: The Opportunity of a Lifetime and On the Trail With My Kids: From the Ohio River to the Mighty Mississippi. He has completed an Ironman, multiple ultramarathons, and many other endurance endeavors. Most days, you can find him biking or running to work. He also enjoys relaxing out on the deck, taking naps on weekends, and sharing authentic experiences with family and friends.
